29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  At the temporary jobsite located at U.S. Highway 54 and W. 183rd St. N. in Goddard, Kansas, the employer failed to develop a written hazard communication program to describe how the program would be implemented to include proper training, labeling, and the administration of safety data sheets, to address their chemicals such as the hazards of unleaded gasoline, which can cause skin irritation and serious eye damage.

At the temporary jobsite located at U.S. 54 Highway and W. 183rd St. N. in Goddard, Kansas, employees engaged in road construction, dry cutting on concrete, were exposed to respirable crystalline silica hazards. The employer failed to implement engineering and work practice controls as outlined in Table 1 to reduce employee exposure to silica dust.

Employees were exposed to respirable crystalline silica when performing dry-cutting concrete operations.
