29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  At the temporary jobsite located at 209 S. Sycamore St, Wichita, KS 67213, employees engaged in pouring ready mix concrete activities are exposed to chemical health related hazards. The employer did not develop a written hazard communication program to describe how the program would be implemented to include proper training, labeling, and the administration of safety data sheets, to address their chemicals such as the hazards of ready mix concrete. This chemical  may cause respiratory irritation, severe burns,  allergic skin reaction and serious eye damage.   Prado Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1810277, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 06-03-2025, with respect to a workplace located at U.S. Highway 54 and W. 183rd St. N. in Goddard, KS.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):  At the temporary jobsite located at 209 S. Sycamore St, Wichita. KS 67213, employees engaged in pouring ready mix concrete activities are exposed to chemical health related hazards. 29 CFR  1904.32(a)(2): 1904.32(a)(2).  The employer did not create, certify and post an annual summary of injuries and illnesses recorded on the OSHA 300 Log.  On or about February 6, 2026, the employer had more than 10 employees and did not create and provide the OSHA 300 summary log.
