29 CFR 1926.760(d)(1):Guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems and their components shall conform to the criteria in accordance with 1926.502 (see Appendix G to this subpart). On or about 01/14/2021 employees at the Conoco gas station steel erection project were exposed to approximately 18' falls. The guardrail system provided by the employer was not in accordance with 29CFR 1926.502 in that the top edge of the top rail was less than 39 inches above the walking/working level.
