29 CFR  1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):  a.   At 16050 Shark Road West, Jacksonville, Florida: On or about January 19, 2021, and at times prior, an employee was exposed to an 11 feet, 9- inch fall hazard, in that; there were only two 19-inch wide planks installed between the end frame uprights of a 58-inch wide MetalTech scaffold.
