29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): Within eight (8) hours after the death of any employee as a result of a work-related incident, the employer did not report the fatality to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), U.S. Department of Labor. a) Harbor House of Jackson, Inc. located at 5354 I-55 South Frontage Road in Jackson, MS: On or about 1/16/2021, an employee died of COVID-19. The employer did not report the work-related fatality to OSHA within 8 hours. The employer reported the death to OSHA on 1/19/2021.
