29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about January 21, 2021, on the north and south areas of the structure, employees worked from elevated heights without the use of fall protection in the following instances:  a) An employee working from a steel beam while using a powder actuated nail gun without the use of fall protection, approximately 25 ft. above ground;  b) An employee working from a wooden frame while using a pneumatic nail gun without the use of fall protection, approximately 25 ft. above ground.
