29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1):Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care, and Protection of abrasive wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section. a) On or about January 21, 2021, while on the roof, an employee used a Craftsman CMEG100 hand grinder to cut roof tiles while missing the guard.
