29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of  employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition:    On or about January 21, 2021, at the U.S. Postal Service Post Office, Guaynabo, PR; corridors and passageways throughout the workfloor were obstructed by boxes, filing bins and equipment. On or about January 21, 2021, at the U.S. Postal Service Post Office, Guaynabo, PR; the egress route and access to an emergency exit door was obstructed by mail carts, boxes and filing bins.
