29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b).  Worksite: The employer did not ensure that the employees who were working on the residential roof were protected from fall hazards above 6 feet by the use of guardrails, safety nets or personal fall arrest systems.

Worksite: The employer did not ensure that the employees who were required to work on the roof at a height above 6 feet were provided with information and training in fall hazards and the procedures to be followed to minimize such hazards.
