29 CFR 1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken: a) The Greens at Rapho Park, Lot 29, Worksite - on or about January 25, 2021 - two 100 gallon Liquid Propane Gas cylinders were stored within a stoned parking area to the front of a residential home project in a manner that did not provide for protection from potential damage by work vehicles. No abatement certification or documentation required.
