29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2):Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: On or about 01/25/2021 employees at the 225 Asylum Street, Hartford CT construction project: An employee evaluating an HVAC system fell approximately five feet to the ground while working on a Baker-style steel rolling scaffold whose casters were not locked.
