29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about 01/21/2021, at 3475 NW 41 Street, Miami, Florida, an employee was exposed an electrical shock hazard from a cable feeding an outlet on a scissor lift that did not have strain relief and separated from the outlet box.
