The employer required employees to wear respirators such as N95 filtering facepiece 3M 1860/8210, HDX H950s/H950, and Zhong Yi Mask ZYB-11 respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents. (b) On or about January 25, 2021, the employer did not ensure that employees required to use respirators were fit tested with the same make, model, and size whenever new respirator was used at the site. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators such as 3M 1860/8210, HDX H950s/H950, and Zhong Yi Mask ZYB-11, to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.
