Self-luminous or electroluminescent signs that have a minimum luminance surface value of at least .06 footlamberts (0.21 cd/m2) are permitted. a. On or about January 27, 2021, the employer did not ensure the exit door located in the Tire Lube Express (TLE) hallway had an illuminated Exit sign.
