(i) Except as provided elsewhere in this section, the employer must ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the following: Location: Back warehouse lumber storage area @ 120 Alden Road, Fairhaven, MA. 02719 On or about 01/27/21 the employee was exposed to fall hazards of more than 8 feet to the concrete floor below., where a guardrail system or, personal fall arrest system was not in use. .
