29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(v): The employer did not ensure that fuses and circuit breakers were so located or shielded that employees will not be burned or otherwise injured by their operation. a) Production Area, Black Slitter Machine: On or about January 27, 2021, and at times prior, an employee tasked with servicing the Cut Table Slitter # 2 (Black Slitter Table) was not protected from electrical burns, in that the employee was in close proximity to unshielded fuses and circuit breakers when disconnecting the hazardous energy source (electricity) .
