29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about January 27, 2021, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while performing roofing activities on a residential home located at 6295 Spieth, Medina, Ohio 44256. Employees were on the roof working with tools and materials that could have fallen on lower employees and the employer did not ensure that the lower employees were wearing protective helmets.
