29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: A.) Country Fair, Inc. dba Country Fair Store #35, 4646 West 12th Street, Erie, PA 16505, electrical breaker panel board C, on or about January 22, 2021 and times prior thereto: Breakers # 1, 2, 3, 8, 10, 12, 20, 22 and 24 were not marked to indicate their purpose. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
