29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a.) Shot blasting Machine - employees working with the Agtos/Peddinghaus roller conveyor shot blasting machine were not protected from rotating parts such as the powered rolls on the ingoing powered roller conveyor.  b.) Shot blasting Machine - employees working with the Agtos/Peddinghaus roller conveyor shot blasting machine were not protected from rotating parts such as the powered rolls on the outgoing powered roller conveyor.  Additionally, employees were exposed to nip points located between the powered rolls and the steel I-beams exiting the machine.  c.) Shot Blasting Machine - employees working with the Agtos/Peddinghaus  roller conveyor shot blasting machine were not protected from the rotating internal machine rollers, where employees were seen on an accident video reaching past the rubber curtain and into the machine while it was running.  These powered rolls were located within 1 foot of the curtain.
