Facility maintenance worker applying Tropi-Cool silicone roof coating to the area of a roof leak fell 11'5" from the roof to the sidewalk below as no methods of fall protection were in use. Violation occurred on or about 11/03/2020.

Facility maintenance worker applying Tropi-Cool silicone roof coating to the area of a roof and his Supervisor were exposed to falls and had not received instruction and training on fall protection methods as stated in OSHA's Subpart D on Walking/Working surfaces. Violation occurred on or about 11/03/2020.
