29 CFR 1910.157(g)(4): Employees who have been designated to use fire fighting equipment as a part of the emergency action plan were not provided training in the use of appropriate equipment upon initial assignment and at least annually thereafter: On or about January 28, 2021, the employer did not ensure that employees had received annual portable fire extinguisher training to put out incipient stage fires, which could lead to hazards associated with misuse. Employees in the Production Dept. utilized a portable extinguisher to put out a fire on Pinette #4.
