29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Jobsite: On or about January 26, 2021 and at times prior thereto employees performed framing activities, which included roof sheathing, on a 4 in 12 pitched roof, without a fall protection system in place. Employees were exposed to fall hazards ranging from 11 feet at the eaves, to over 22 feet at the roofs peak. Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
