29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: A) On or about January 28, 2021 , 180 Main Street, South Glastonbury, CT job site: Employer used a rough terrain fork lift , LULL brand, to support a mobile scaffold platform. The platform area was approximately 4 feet by 16 feet long and it was 4 feet tall. The scaffold platform was not secured to the forks by a chain or pins; and the load was suspended in the air about 12 feet from the ground below it.
