29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 2 Aberdeen, Marlton NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 20 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working at a residential structure's unprotected edges and when walking from the top plates of the structure's exterior wall frames without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 01/27/21.
