Glastonbury, CT job site: Employees were observed climbing the RGC-200 Laddervator platform hoist to access the roof edge, against manufacturer's specfications. Employees were exposed to falls of 20 feet to the ground below.

Employees engaged in residential roofing operations were using saws and other tools above the workers.
