29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about January 27, 2021, and at times prior thereto, HGR General Contractors as the Controlling Employer did not ensure that employees of its roofing subcontractor were tied off when working approximately 20 feet above the concrete below.
