29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 20 A Big Timber, MT., #2 Town Pump: On or about January 21, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet to the concrete ground below while performing roofing installation without fall protection.
