29 CFR 1910.28(b)(3)(i): 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(3)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee is protected from falling through any hole (including skylights) that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level by one or more of the following methods listed in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(3)(i)(A)-(D): a) The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards during maintenance repairs on a motor at Line 6C of Building 8130. On or about January 25, 2021, an employee suffered a head injury when he fell through a hole while repairing equipment on Line 6C.
