29 CFR 1910.180(h)(3)(v):Hoisting, lowering, swinging, or traveling was done while employee(s) were on the load or hook: a) Swan Lake Apartments, Building 3, observed on or about 01/29/2021, an employee in the process of tree removal activities was exposed to an approximate 25 foot fall hazard, in that, the employee was hoisted and lowered into the center of an oak tree while attached above the ball of a Grove TMS 8-00E truck mounted crane with an arborists climbing line and saddle.
