29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. At the jobsite, employees engaged in roofing activities at a height of over 6 feet were not protected by a fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to an unprotected fall of over 12 feet to the ground below. Samuel Mendez Ferretiz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1351615, Citation Number 1, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 27, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 7729 Sonian Forest Drive, Irving, Texas 76131.
