29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required. 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  On or about February 1, 2021 employees engaged in residential framing operations were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating nail guns without eye protection.  No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.    On or about February 1, 2021, employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 23 feet, 6 inches high while framing a residential property. Fall protection was not being utilized while performing framing operations.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   On or about February 1, 2021, the employer failed to ensure that employees were adequately trained to recognize and minimize hazards associated with falls. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 23 feet, 6 inches while performing framing activities on a residential structure without using fall protection.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
