29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: Employees engaged in machining activities including grinding to touch up a part/product at the Dewalt Bench Grinder, DW7566, 6" (152mm), serial number 2010-15-YL42506, located at the Prep area in the OE Department were exposed to caught-in hazards in that the work rest opening was not maintained at a maximum of one-eight inch. The work rests were found to be approximately one-fourths and seven-eighth inch away from the grinding wheel. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

Employees engaged in production activities in the Booster Station at the CP-01 Crimping Press, WTL Press, 10-Ton Kenoo, Model #101-135-200, were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards in that the belt and pulley on the side of the motor was not fully guarded. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
