29 CFR 1910.177(c)(1): The employer did not provide a program to train all employees who service rim wheels in the hazards involved and the safety procedures to follow while servicing rim wheels: a) On or about 02/01/2021, in the service bay of Action Towing & Service, located at 275 Marketplace Drive, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not have a program in place to train employees in the safe procedures and the hazards involved when servicing large vehicle tires of trucks, tractor-trailers and buses. While servicing and inflating a truck tire, an employee was exposed to an "air blast" causing eye and wrist injuries. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIIRED

Employees were exposed to tire explosion hazards associated with improper inflation procedures. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIIRED
