29 CFR 1926.100(a):   Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) Exterior, On the ground: An employees was exposed to head injuries while framing activities were taking place. The employee was not protected by a hard hat or protective helmet, on or about 1/28/21.  b) Building Exterior Right side: An employee was exposed to head injuries while framing activities were taking place. The employee was not protected by a hard hat or protective helmet, on or about 1/28/21.  c) Building Exterior Left side: An employee was exposed to head injuries while framing activities were taking place. The employee was not protected by a hard hat or protective helmet while entering and exiting the building, on or about 1/28/21.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:                                                                                                             a) Exterior right side: Employee was exposed to eye/face injuries while using pneumatic nail gun and was not protected with any type of eye/face protection, on or about 1/28/21.  b) Attic frame: employee was  exposed to eye/face injurie while using a pneumatic nail gun and was not protected with any type of eye/face protection, on or about 1/28/21.

29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart:  a) Fast Framing Constriction, does not ensure that employees have available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. This violation was most recently observed at 379 Knickerbocker Ave in Paterson NJ. The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Combustible products such as wood were used. Gasoline fueled generators was used on site to power electric equipment such as circular saws, nail guns, extension cords and compressors to perform the framing activities. Extra gasoline to fuel the generators was stored in gas cans on the site, on or about 1/28/21.  b) Fast Farming Construction, does not ensure that employees have available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. This violation was most recently observed at 379 Knickerbocker Ave in Paterson NJ. The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Combustible products such as wood were used. Gasoline fueled air compressor was used on site to power electric equipment such as circular saws, nail guns, extension cords and compressors to perform the framing activities.
