On or about February 01, 2021, employees were working in building number 1, atop an assembly table/ at a height of approximately seven feet, without the use of conventional fall protection; therefore exposing the employees to a fall hazard into the pit. b. On or about February 01, 2021, employees were working in building number 2, atop an assembly table/ at a height of approximately seven feet, without the use of conventional fall protection; therefore exposing the employees to a fall hazard into the pit.
