29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. On or about February 2, 2021 the general contractor failed to perform daily walk around inspections at the site while employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of six feet.
