29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about February 2, 2021, on the east side of the project site; an employee was on a roof with a slope of 12:12 without proper fall protection while performing roof shingle installation work on the exterior of the building at heights upwards of fifteen (15) feet. Dependable Roofing of Baton Rouge LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection #1495038, citation 1 item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 18, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 17369 Fox Glove Ave. Prairieville, LA. 70769
