29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards: a) Shipping/Receiving Yard at the site location at 1 Elizabeth Drive, Chester, NY 10918 - On or about February 3, 2021, truck driver employees were walking through a high traffic area with no designated pedestrian walkway and without wearing a high visibility vest or other high visibility gear, exposing the employees to struck-by hazards from vehicles such as, but not limited to, tractor trailers, switcher trucks, and snow removal vehicles as the New Holland Construction LW130 Loader.
