Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to a crushing, roll-over and caught-between hazard associated with the operation of side by side passenger off-road utility vehicles (UTV) under varying conditions:   On or about  November 10, 2020, at The Scotts Company LLC, 2057 Highway 42 North, Jackson, GA 30233 (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to a crushing, roll-over and caught-between hazard while operating the Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV).  The employer did not ensure that exposed employees were:      (a)    Adhering to the Kawasaki Owner's Manual in the inspection, sliding/skidding, and tire pressure.   (b)    Performed daily safety checks, prior to operating the Utility Terrain Vehicle.   (c)    Maintaining the Kawasaki tire pressure in accordance to the Operator's Manual prior to operating.    (d)   Using Caution when operating the Utility Terrain Vehicle on loose surfaces, such as newly placed gravel.  Among others, acceptable and feasible methods to abate these hazards would be to follow mandatory recommendations from the Mule 4010 Trans4x4 Diesel Kawasaki Utility Vehicle Operator's Manual, Section - How to Operate  page 57; Daily Safety Checks and Section - Safe Operation, page 82; Sliding and Skidding.
