The employer failed to ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was properly labeled so that the labels would provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical.  Chemicals not labeled properly included but were not limited to: sanitizers, which could cause skin irritation; wood glue, which could cause skin irritation and if inhaled, respiratory illnesses; WD-40, which is a fire hazard and if inhaled, could cause central nervous system effects such as headache, dizziness and nausea.
