29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): Safe access was not provided to scaffold platforms when the platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access:    a) On or about February 3, 2021, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling from a frame scaffold that was not equipped with safe access.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.
