29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about February 2, 2021 at the south side of the site, employees were taking measurements on the roof of a new construction house without being tied off at a height of 9 feet. RSI Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection #1476649, citation 1 item 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 29, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2201 Verot School Rd. Lafayette, LA 70508. RSI Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection #1232540, citation 1 item 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 26, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at 107 Narrow Way Dr. Lafayette, LA 70508.
