Crossbraces were used as a means of access: On or about 2/4/2021, at 60 14th Street, Lot 4, in the city of Naples, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 10ft or more for not ensuring a 4-tier scaffold was erected with a portable ladder, hook-on ladder or an attachable ladder.
