29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: Location: 211 Brookside Road, Waterbury, Connecticut Each painter wearing (utilizing) a 3M half face, negative pressure elastomeric respirator with 3M organic vapor cartridges were not provided with a medical evaluation to determine each employee's ability to use the respirator prior to each employee being fit tested and required to use the respirator in the workplace.
