29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Heights at Northwinds Apartments located at 6000 Summit Place, Alpharetta, GA 30009, Second level located in the southeast corner of the structure: On or about 02/05/2021, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 14-feet to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to an employee engaged in metal stud framing using the top of a concrete wall as a walking/working surface.
