29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Except as provided by paragraph (a)(3) of this section, each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who was on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems: Instances including, but not limited to, the following: a) Jobsite, 1400 Randall Court, Export, PA: On or about February 5, 2021, during ridge cap installation activities, the employer did not ensure that employees used appropriate fall protection system/devices where exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 24 feet.
