29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Construction Site: On or about February 1, 2021, a worker exposed to injuries by falling or being ejected from the platform of a Genie S-80X aerial lift while raising the platform to the working level and climbing the protective platform rails without a lanyard between the platform anchor and the body harness.
