29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  a) On or about February 8, 2021, at a commercial construction site where employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet while installing framing studs from a Genie S-60 and JLG 400S aerial lift without a fall protection system.
