Employee used the chemical for assigned work tasks, the unknown chemical was determined to be pipe dope, it was removed and disposed.

A noise hazard assessment by use of representative personal sampling methods was not determined for noise exposure levels as comparison to OSHA's TWA Action Level of 85 dBA for 8 hours and did not estimate for a 12-hour extended work shift.
