Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstructon across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked. (a) On or about 1/29/2021 � 661 Avenue W, Birmingham, AL 35214, transportation hub dock doors 40-49, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards because sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles or at loading docks.
